Christopher Marks’  intense and eclectic style is visible through his seemingly effortless talent yet complex works.  Also known as EKIPO, Christopher’s subtle choices expose a level of awareness and fresh perspective on topics present in today’s society.  Born in California but raised in Argentina, Christopher relocated with his family to Miami at 12, allowing for a multi-cultural view of the world at a young age.  Influenced by his urban surroundings, Christopher honed his craft while studying in Advance Placement art classes at Coral Gables High School and then later graduating from the New World School of the Arts for Fine Arts and Electronic Multimedia.

Christopher, although young, is an enormously talented and insightful artist.  His ability to illustrate many layers of his subjects through simple common objects is what sets him apart and has brought him critical acclaim.  Christopher uses a variety of mediums to express himself including short movies, murals, illustration, clothing design, toy design, set design for music videos and video installations.
